NCUC EC election results

I'll add my congratulations to the new NCUC EC, and my thanks to all who voted for me for your trust and support. 

I'd like also to especially thank Brenden, who not only did much of the "heavy lifting" required to get the election going, but who had, while serving on the EC himself, done lots of great work behind the scenes to the benefit of the membership.
