The link I posted was to an update on the Registrars Accreditation Agreement (RAA) negotiations. The upshot is that they will resume in January 2013; Fadi's original aim of having a draft out by end-December 2012 will not be met, based in part on the time taken up with the Trademark Clearinghouse and revamping ICANN internally for better "operational excellence".

Apologies for the consecutive postings and any confusion!
