NCUC NomCom representative for Toronto meeting

Dear David,

I would be interested because NPOC is the only Constituency without a rep
on NomCom and will not have one for quite a while because it requires a
change in ICANN's bylaws, a slow process I understand; Representing NCUC
(of which I am an individual member) would give me a head start and
understanding on how NomCom operates for future involvement by NPOC in
NomCom;

Best, Alain
