Nomination of Maria Farrell for GNSO council slot from NCSG

I heartily second this nomination of Maria Farrell for GNSO Council.

Maria's been a dedicated and respected member of the ICANN community
for many years - most recently as the noncommercial representative to
the Nominating Committee and before that as a member of the staff.

In my view, NCSG would be fortunate to call Maria Farrell its GNSO
Council Representative.
