European Commission responds to NCUC's letter on whois privacy concerns - Fwd: Ares(2012)966299 - Online privacy in ICANN

Yes Viviane Reding was also sent a copy of NCUC's letter at the  
time.  As was Neelie Kroes, Commissioner Malstram, and 3 members  
(secretariat) of Article 29 Working Party.  Plus about 30 national  
privacy commissioners, council or europe and handful of ngos.
