NCUC NomCom representative for Toronto meeting

	Shortly after the Prague meeting, the NCUC representative to Nominating Committee, Maria Farrell, resigned. We need someone to replace our representative for the tail end of the NomCom term, essentially just for the Toronto meeting and any meeting that might immediately precede it. NomCom appointments have essentially been made already for this term, so NomCom duties will be very light, but NCUC should still be represented in discussion. 
	Legal advice from ICANN counsel is that this short term appointment WILL count as an appointment for purposes of term limits. 
	Please let myself know if you would be willing to represent NCUC on Nominating Committee for this brief period. As the Toronto meeting is approaching rapidly, it is my intention that the NCUC Exec will make this appointment within a week, so please contact us by the 29th, preferably earlier.
