Thanks Bill - yes, the redline version is attached. As I said previously, the main change is the Policy committee, the structure of which was premised upon the idea that there were only NCUC councillors, which is no longer the case. Let's set a new deadline for this until Sunday.

Sorry, just bad timing.  By any chance could you send a red line version indicating what would be changing from the existing charter?  And some maybe some brief pointers as to what are the issues people should focus in on?  That'd probably get you some responses, including from me.?
