Nomination of Robin Gross for NCSG Chair

I'd like to second that. I used to work with Robin at the Electronic 
Frontier Foundation years ago and she not only is a visionary but has a 
number of talents. She's someone who understands the importance of the 
Internet and what's at stake for the future of humanity.
