NCSG Mtg Discussion Agenda & Remote Participation Links - 25 Oct. @ 14:15 (new time)

I'll try to do the same. What is the time difference between Rio and
Dakar? Rio is now 5 hours behind Nairobi, and 4 hours behind
Johannesburg. I guess Dakar is now two hours ahead of Rio?
