Latest GAC letter to ICANN Board

In case you haven't seen it - it hasn't yet been posted to the ICANN website - attached is the letter that the GAC sent to the ICANN Board yesterday (Saturday) in Singapore. It's pretty strong, so the question is what the Board will do/say in response.
 
It should be posted shortly to the ICANN website (as required for all correspondence). At the moment, another recent letter of possible interest to members is the latest communication from Larry Strickling (US NTIA) to ICANN, on vertical integration. See http://www.icann.org/en/correspondence/.
