End of the Comment Period on the NCSG charter.

the NCSg-EC needs to decide whether they should send a response to the Board/SIC on the points discussed in the report.

There were 2 comments.  In addition to a typographical issue, there were three main issues:

- A challenge of the notion of allowing NCSG members to join up to 3 constituencies.  Not only was the choice of the number 3 questioned, concern was expressed that this could allow for capture of the NCSG committee structure.

- The expectation that reviewing constituency charters every two years might be too frequent given all the other work and reviews going on all the time.

- That the explanation of the voting system that discusses multiple votes per member type would be more easily understood if it were to be discussed in terms of weighted voting.
