Transparency and the negotiations between the Board and the GAC on new gTLDs

I support this petition,to get an opportunity to participate in this
meeting, at  least as remote participant.

btw, I am new member, my name is dwi Elfrida, I work as government officer
at Ministry of ICT of Indonesia, But from beginning of this March until
June 2013, I will out from my job for a while, to get Master degree at U
Mass. As a new member, I need more guidance from all of you about
NCSG-NCUC activities and goals. Hopely, I can give more contribution
later.
