It does seem, given the multi-constituency model that an independent
resource beyond http://ncdnhc.org/ is needed giving at least a broad
overview and links to further resources, perhaps a calendar, notices of
meetings etc.

As temporary measure I could set up a quick wordpress or mediawiki install
on the isoc-ny dreamhost account if you'd like.
