Dear Rudi, I am travelling at the moment but will get back to answer your
concerns regarding my view of issues for NCUC in Europe.

Nevertheless, I think that if one feels it can be of help for any position,
one has the obligation to do self-nomination. I did that the last election.
I lost, but I tried, and eventually, my points of view helped to enrichen
the debate.

I'll get back to your questions within a day or two, thank you for asking,
and I hope we all can work together for a strong and meaningful
participation.

Best,

Nuno Garcia
(candidate for Europe for the NCUC EC)
