Dear colleagues,

Interesting agenda. I will not be able to make the call. My apologies. His
Excellency Bill Graham was "my" Minister when I was at the Canadian
International Development Research Centre in Ottawa. I'm sorry to miss the
opportunity to listen to him again. He is great speaker!

One point, given the high capacity outreach that NPOC leadership and members
already have in Africa - and we are just in the infancy of our recruitment,
it would be a good idea for some of them to participate in Dakar. I'm
thinking for instance of Madi Jobarteh based in Banjul, The Gambia. Madi
represents TANGO, an NPOC Member, the National Association of NGOs in The
Gambia.
