Hi,

I have sent multiple emails to this list explaining all of this.

I sent people checkin messages.

I sent this list an email saying i had sent a checkin, asking people to check and reply.
Multiple times.
Many time even.

There is an active list
https://community.icann.org/display/gnsononcomstake/Active+Members
which i have announce on this list many many many times.
You are not on it, therefore you did not get a ballot.

which I have announced on this list many many many time.

I asked people, repeatedly, to check these lists, to let me know.

I did this over the course of a month.

You may be active, but I am afraid you were not paying attention and you did not check-in.

Having voted in last years only means I will try to contact you. Without you checking in, you are not an active member this year. You only need to checkin once a year. Figuring that the NCSG does not charge dues, I think that is the least one can be asked to do. One email a year to say yes, I am still active.

Now that you have sent a message saying you are active, I will add you to the active list which will used for the election to be held in September.
It is too late for the charter ballot.
