I think it will avoid as much misunderstanding and sow confusion in our
minds.
It is clear that non-commercial users include non-profit organizations. It
would be absurd to have a panel of nonprofit organizations and
non-commercial users Constituency. If this is really necessary, the
initiators of the Constituency of nonprofit organizations can organize
thematic group within the non-commercial users Constituency.
