NPOC charter update

Hi all,
I am not in a position to decrypt ICANN politics well enough at this
stage, but the "dilution"/"divide to better conquer" tactic Carlos
Afonso is referring to is well known among lobbyists and public
policy activists in Washington.
How would it be possible to obtain information about what NPOC knows
from ICANN staff about the NCSG approval process that NCUC members,
and the general public, should know?
