Hi,

We canot assume any help at all from ICANN.

But we can ask if that is what we want to do. Then again, once the charter vote is complete and we know where we are going, that is one of the reasons I finally want to get on track with the fundraising plans I have put off because of the amount of work involved in the charter process. While it is all well and good to look to ICANn for help, we need need to find a way to fund our own needs, including pamphlets and getting members from developing regions to the meeting so they can participate fully in the ICANN process.
