Thanks so much for getting this confirmation.

I would like to discuss ICANN's commitment to global outreach and
communication to underrepresented communities, developing countries and
emerging markets.  As mentioned by several NCSG Councilors during
today's working session, I think a robust Communications Plan for new
gTLDs (and more broadly for important ICANN initiatives) deserves
financial and staffing support by the Board and deliberate and
purposeful activities by ICANN.

The Board has confirmed that they will meet with the NCSG during our
Tuesday meeting from 11:15 - 12:15.

They have asked whether we have any specific agenda items we can send
them beforehand.
