Cost estimates for new TLDs

Thanks to all those folks who volunteered - it will be good if NCUC/NCSG can form this group and it can start working by 1 April.

Not only is it an issue of interest to many in our community and that is assuming some importance in the build-up to the roll-out of new gTLDs, but (as was mentioned previously) in response to the Board's passing of Resolution 20 at the Nairobi meeting, a joint ALAC-GNSO Working Group is likely to be formed, to "develop a sustainable approach to providing support to applicants requiring assistance in applying for and operating new gTLDs".

Right now, it seems that we have volunteers and otherwise-interested-in-the-issue folks that include Jorge, Nuno, Rafik, Alex and David, working with Avri's contact from CORE. Did I miss out anyone or misinterpret anyone's email intentions? I apologize if so - the torrent of emails has been tough to keep up with!

Cheers
Mary
