I just created a TLD for $0 in 30 minutes

ok, so now we have a zone published.  it costs 185K+discretionary charges
to add that to the root zone.  what else do we need.  some whois?  a
little perl script that allows people to add 2nd level domains and adjusts
the zone file appropriately running on a web server at nic.reality?
