Poomjit,

I feel the same way. "Cyber Crime", "Security" "Law enforcement" have been
unusually highly repeated from various quarters and individuals. for
example, yesterday during the "Proposals for Improvement to the RAA"
session. ( Registrar Accreditation Agreement)

I observed, "Noting the several mentions of 'Law Enforcement' and group
recommendations that:-
- proxy servers information be revealed,
- private registrants information be revealed,
- New RAA makes registrars responsible for activities of their domain
re-sellers (Responsible for Registrars' affiliates, and major resellers)

On behalf of the Consumer Interest Group I asked: "What, if any,
considerations privacy laws enforcement were made and are reflected on this
report?"

Response received: "None, except (state security) law enforcement agencies"

Regards,

Alex
