hi

jaw dropping on multiple levels. First the censorship constituency and now this, albeit this time staff-driven. and fresh on the heels of 221 votes in favor of a charter based on the opposite model.

just a point of clarification: this is an proposal to form a constituency within NCSG. could anyone tell me what consultation and information exchange there has been with anyone in NCSG?

more fodder for the ATRT and other venues.

thanks,

BD

This proposal package has been transmitted for sharing with Board members and I will transmit it to the GNSO Constituency leaders list shortly.
