NCSG/At-Large dinner in Brussels

Perhaps (as Avri suggests) a cocktail hour might work better, because then folks can drop in as and when - and it won't prevent those who are able to make dinner from planning on going on to dinner following that. So why not suggest drinks from 6, then dinner for those who are available after that (say, 7.30 or 8)?
 
I haven't had time to find out anything about the venues, area and hotels, so I don't know of any place where a largish group might gather for drinks around, say, 6. Does anyone?
