Comment periods

Likewise (it's now 3.15 a.m. in Singapore :) and I apologize once again for not having been able to circulate my draft comments before today.
 
I support Wendy's and Avri's earlier suggestion for each of us to send in the comments individually.
 
I also encourage NCSG and NCUC members to log on to
http://forum.icann.org/lists/4gtld-guide/ to endorse comments with which they agree. At the moment, Wendy, my and Konstantinos' comments are already up.
