Hey Kathy,

Congratulations on the new position with PIR/.ORG and boy are they in
for some excellent Internet Policy work!!!! Though this was the first
time we met during my first ICANN meet and NCUC meet in Seoul, from
what I've witnessed, read and heard during my participation, them
folks at PIR sure are lucky to have one of our best ;o)

In my humble opinion, I don't see why you can't participate in NCUC
meetings. I think you can with the constrain of the ability to vote!!!

I hope we will still see you in ICANN Nairobi?
