Comments on the ICANN Proposed Final Version of the Applicant Guidebook

It seems to be a matter of accident that my forwarding of the IGF FoE DC statement and Robin's proposed statement arrived on the NCUC/NCSG list within half an hour of each other. While both statements are good, their close conjunction could lead to confusion and some needless duplication of effort.
I would propose that NCUC/NCSG proceed with modification and/or endorsement of Robin's statement.
Anyone in NCUC/NCSG who is particularly supportive of the IGF FoE Dynamic Coalition statement (e.g., Kim!) is encouraged to submit individual comments to ICANN expressing support for that statement. It can only be helpful to have MORE comments on this issue.
I would note also, in response to Beau, that ALAC, led by Evan L., has independently developed its own statement - which is also very good. So individuals could also file their own comments endorsing that.
Hopefully, the board will listen, and make changes.
