Dear all,

I am very pleased to formally welcome Beau to NCSG! earlier lightly
put it as, "the best thing to happen for consumers since sliced
bread":-) Absolutely! look forward to working closely with him and
Rosemary and you on consumer rights on policy development and
advocacy. Excuse my brevity for I am attending a training in Sydney
Australia.
