Dear all,

Last Friday our regulator published these 14 sets of regulation
documents http://www.cck.go.ke/current_consultations/ and stakeholders
responses are expected 7 days - latest this Friday. Obviously the time
is too little and we wish we had at least 21 days (see comment on
today's paper "Companies want more time to respond to new CCK
guidelines" http://www.businessdailyafrica.com/Company%20Industry/-/539550/661448/-/u6lok8z/-/index.html)

I am just wondering if anyone out there can assist our consumer
association by perusing them then advising me for consideration  onto
our Memorandum of Views to be submitted to the Regulator by Friday?
Unlike the telecos, we do not have the vast resources to engage teams
doing the same for their commercial interests and, unfortunately, if
we fail to comment we risk being told to forever hold our breath:~)
