Dynamic Coallition on ICANN Accountability and International Conformity - IAIC at IGF?

If you are on the MAG, or in the consultation, you can make the following argument:

The EuroDIG people have proposed to create a DYNAMIC COALITION on ICANN accountability. DC's are open and flexible constructs. If thopse people don't like it, don't join it. The idea that it could be suppressed or killed because the elephants of ICANN and USG are afraid of that mouse in the room, it is pretty ridiculous
