I'm trying to create a list of the NCUC members who will be in Seoul
for the ICANN meeting.  Below is my understanding of members who will
be in Seoul.  Please let me know if you will also be in attendance
(or if you are listed below, but won't be there) so we can better
coordinate on the ground in Seoul.
