For Information: IGF 2009 event rattled by UN Security Office

It was not even a "protest meeting" but basically a public meeting to
report about the work of ONI which had been put into a book (not yet
printed).

So it came as a total surprise - if a meeting "to protest" is organized,
you may expect some reaction, but this was just to report past work (of
course: related to monitoring, surveillance, blocking).
