What is happening with the IRT Proposal - "IRTP Part B"?
If it has anything to do with the Final IRT Report, we are preparing
comments with deep concerns about the procedural way this was handled
(bypassing the GNSO), and the substantive proposals (which give
trademark owners far great rights in the domain name system than they
have in the real world, and bring ICANN into spheres of Intellectual
Property protection far beyond its technical White Paper mandates).
