and please include Konstantinos as our NCUC contact for the London
meeting (cc'd above).

Konstantinos will be leading our NCUC presentation at the London
meeting-- and he hopes to gather and greet noncommercial organizations
who come to the public consultation on our behalf. They can also contact
him (and me) with questions about any questions they might have ahead of
time re: IRT Report.

Could you link to our NCUC Procedural and Substantive Comments?
