GNSO Counsel meeting tonight Feb. 19

Hi,

Sorry to be slow to raise this but am swamped with other stuff.  We
have a counsel meeting in four hours and I just wanted to see whether
anyone has any input on the motions scheduled for votes.  Both are
simply to form working groups (yipee!) to address outstanding issues,
registration abuse and the RAA.  I'll be a yea unless someone gives me
