Dear NCUC,

Our next monthly constituency call will be next Sunday 22 February
2009 at 17:00 UTC (last Sunday of the month).

We'll use Elluminate Live conference mtg software again to handle the
conference call (see details below).  Elluminate did a great job last
month, when Skype failed.

The call will be held 1 week before the Mexico ICANN mtg, so we've
got lots to discuss - especially in preparation for Mexico.  A
discussion agenda will be posted by Monday.
