NCUC Letter to ICANN Board & CEO on NCSG Charter Issue

Dear all,

Attached is a copy of the final letter that was sent to the board and  
CEO from NCUC on the NCSG charter issue.

Thank you very much to everyone who provided text, editing, feedback,  
and other ideas to the letter.  It was a real team effort of which we  
can be proud.

Now, for the ombudsman's complaint.....
