Internet rights and principles meeting

Hi Lisa,

I am just waiting for my passport to be returned by the French Embassy
(its been with them for over 2 months now and I don't know what's
keeping them even though the travel dates passed in July) otherwise I
am in preparation for arriving early in Geneva from Pakistan, say on
the 12th of September and will be possibly able to participate in the
meeting.
