Review of the At-Large Advisory Committee - Draft report published

Thought i'd forward to NCUC news that the ALAC independent review
draft is now out - and open for comment.

My quick reaction -  Among the many recommendations - envisions adding
more appointed members, more budget, no vote on the board. users lose
... sigh!
