Remote participation in NCUC meeting and joint ALAC meeting

I have arranged to use the Elluminate tool to facilitate remote participation in the last hour of the NCUC meeting, and in the joint ALAC-NCUC meeting. 
The joint meeting with ALAC will be important and I hope we can get many of our remote members to join in at that time. The time will be 16:00 to 18:00 Central European (Paris) time, which is 10:00 am - 12:00 in the U.S., and 10:00 pm - midnight in China, 23:00 - 01:00 in Japan and Korea I think. 

E-lluminate is an online collaboration tool that allows synchronous communication. there is a free client software that you need to download prior to the meeting. Once you've installed the software you just go to a website, click on a link, login and join the meeting. More detailed instructions will be sent out as we get closer to the meeting, but please mark your calendars now.
