African EC Seat

Dave Kisoondiyal, President of the Internet Society of Mauritius and a
member of the Advisory Council of PIR (.org), has agreed to serve as
interim Exeuctive Committee member for African region for the next 3
months. Thank you David! If there are no objections or questions I'd
like to get him into this position immediately.
