Assessing the ICANN JPA

One thing ICANN could do to gain some legitimacy to govern would be
to incorporate into it's operation principles agreed to in the
Universal Declaration of Human Rights, such as freedom of expression
and individual privacy.   But there is a lot of pressure on ICANN to
do just the opposite unfortunately.
