agenda for new delhi meeting

my apologies for missing the ICANN meeting in Delhi. A totally
unforeseen issue with my back came up last week, one that prohibits me
from flying in the immediate future.

With  luck and good physiotherapy, i should be able to make it to the
next meeting.
