USG Correspondence to ICANN

[Robin Gross]

US Commerce Dept. sent ICANN a letter warning it that it better
continue to allow unrestricted public access to personal information
in the whois database and discouraging the use of proxy services that
offer anonymity options.  (Part of RAA public comment period).
