FYI: NCUC and the other user constituencies have developed a joint
proposal for GNSO Restructuring (attached).
In the joint proposal the GNSO would consist of 3 constituencies with
equal voting (contracting parties / commercial users / non-commercial
users).
The public comment period remains open until 25 April at:
http://forum.icann.org/lists/gnso-improvements-report-2008/
