Robert,

As you have been nominated for a second term as North
American EC representative, your decision-making
skills (in particular the degree to which you involve
others in a consultative process) are at issue.  You
have behaved in a rogue fashion, abusing the trust
that was given to you.  I see limited value in having
you serve on the Executive Committee given your
proclivity for actions unsanctioned by the community
you represent.
