Your disagreement is noted and of course accepted, but I am having trouble understanding your point about the domain below. Some clarification may be required.

Whatever happened to this domain, happened under the existing Whois policy and the existing registrar accreditation contact, right? 

So what exactly is the point you are making about Whois policy? 

Remember, the issue we are dealing with now is NOT "what's your opinion of Whois generally?"

It IS: do you agree or disagree with the resolution (proposed by Ross Rader of the registrar constituency) which recognizes that there is no consensus on the Whois privacy tradeoff now and calls for the existing contractual conditions to expire until a consensus policy is negotiated.
