Rick Weingarten, who has long represented the ALA in the Noncommercial Users Constituency, has retired. His replacement is Alan Inouye, someone who became familiar with DNS issues while he was working at the National Research Council in the US, which prepared the excellent report, “Signposts in Cyberspace” back in 2005. Please welcome Alan to the list/
