let's try for a Sunday call?

UTC 17:00 Sunday, is 2am Monday morning in Tokyo.  1 am in Manila.

Most ICANN calls I join are scheduled for UTC 
14:00. Which is not very nice on the US west 
coast (I think 7am in summer time.)
